About the role:
We are looking for a Sr. Ancillary Meeting Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will work along-side your team mates and with clients to provide flawless logistical planning experience which ultimately leads to a seamless onsite experience for attendees. You will be responsible for budgeting, ancillary meeting organization, HCP engagement, value added client counseling, savings consolidation, budget reconciliation, client and vendor management, and all aspects of event logistics. As a Sr. Ancillary Meeting Manager you will:
• Client Consultation and Liaison
• Development and maintenance of Ancillary Meeting Budget
• Project management and Logistical Planning of Ancillary Meetings
• Engagement and management on suppliers and onsite support teams
• Execution and reconciliation of ancillary meetings
You’re good at:
• Managing multiple priorities and being adaptable. You have exceptional problem-solving skills, are calm under pressure.
• Teamwork. It takes a village.
• Cvent, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Providing superior customer service. You understand that it is a person that is attending your event and go above and beyond to ensure they have the best experience possible.
• Ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years in a Meeting Manager role.
You might also have:
• Experience in the planning and execution of Pharmaceutical Meetings and Congresses
• College Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in account/client management.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience managing outside vendors, sourcing and negotiating contract services.
You should know:
• This role is virtual (ideally operates on Eastern Time)
• Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM -5:30 PM with an hour break.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Ancillary Meeting Manager is between $60,000 - $85,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
