The Senior Analyst â Revenue Management is responsible for the day-to-day analysis and reporting needs to support Managed Care contracting, payor maintenance, negotiation, management, and ad hoc revenue analyses. The Senior Analyst â Revenue Management will work closely with Managed Care and Finance stakeholders to understand the implications of the evolving payor landscape. NOTE: This role is fully remote.Â

Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute analyses to understand the financial impact of new and existing payor contracts and collaborate with Managed Care leaders to support payor negotiations
- Develops financial models to project reimbursement rates, financial impacts, and potential risks associated with contract terms
- Assists with the analytic management of end-to-end procedures that support both existing and new payer contracts for Amerita
- Partners with various business functions to identify areas of potential revenue optimization and assess operational and financial implications
- Provides comprehensive reporting to detail contract performance, benchmarking contracts to ensure rates and terms are favorable and in line with industry standards and company expectations
- Present findings to executive leaders and use a data driven approach to make recommendations to leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or related field,
- MBA or M.S. in relevant field, preferred
- Three or more years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics. Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle, preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of finance department policies and procedures
- Experience delivering accurate and timeline financial âŚ
