What Customer Pricing Support contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Pricing Support is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
Customer Pricing Support is responsible for GPO Audits, proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on GPO/customer pricing, acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Services multiple customer accounts and/or processes in a fast paced and highly analytical environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and resolve GPO (group purchasing organization) discrepancies in billing in a thorough and timely manner
- Maintain productivity and cycle time closures
- Work with internal teams to maintain GPO contract and pricing
- Determine and execute on process improvements
- Maintain group mailbox to ensure consistent workflow to team members
- Actively engage in updating processes and standard operating procedures
- Review incoming inquiries and route to appropriate team(s)
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

- Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve

- Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
Anticipated salary range: $56,200 – 80,400
