Senior Analyst, Operations Finance - Remote (Must be based in Indiana or Connecticut)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in month-end close, and will provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive business performance. This position involves advanced financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting to support senior management in decision-making processes.
What You Will Do:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations in support of month-end close.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business operations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs and validate assumptions for budget and forecast preparation.
- Strategic Planning:
- Provide insights and recommendations on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate financial implications of new projects, investments, and business opportunities.
- Support long-term strategic planning efforts with robust financial analysis.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes.
- Business Partnering:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support.
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CPA designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Blackline, Hyperion) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
The expected Base Salary Range: $85,000-$105,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
