Real Chemistry is looking for a resourceful, energetic individual to join our growing market research team. 

Role Description 

We are looking for a resourceful Analyst to Senior Analyst to support our Primary Market Research (PMR) projects. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in qualitative and quantitative research, providing valuable insights to support strategic decisions in the healthcare sector. 

The successful candidate must collaborate effectively with other team members, have the ability to build and maintain internal agency and client relationships, and consistently demonstrate analytical and interpretive skills with proficiency in uncovering insights from data.  A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the primary market research setting preferred. 

What you’ll do:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data collection, utilizing a variety of sources to gather relevant information. Perform detailed analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making. 

  • Report Generation: Develop clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams and clients. Ensure all reports are tailored to meet the specific needs of stakeholders. 

  • Market Research Support: Assist in the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research studies. Collaborate with senior team members to refine research methodologies and ensure robust data collection by developing surveys, discussion guides, and analysis plans.  

  • Client Engagement: Support client meetings and engagements by preparing materials, summarizing data findings, and providing actionable insights. Develop a strong understanding of client needs and industry dynamics. 

  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging research techniques, and best practices. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and expertise.

What you should have:   

  • 1-3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights. 

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SPSS, or similar platforms. 

  • Should possess the capability to interpret complex statistical analysis outputs and translate them into actionable business insights. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with proficiency in presenting complex data insights in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; should be highly proficient in PowerPoint.  

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a keen interest in learning and applying new research methodologies. 

  • Understanding of the healthcare industry’s landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environments, and key stakeholders, to effectively anticipate and meet client needs is desired but not required. 

Pay Range: $65,000.00-$80,000.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
