Role Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Senior Analyst, Business Performance will have a birds eyes view across performance of the entire company, getting exposure to all business units and executive team members. This role sits in the operations function, and not finance, so the focus is on the performance of our products and technology, and our company’s ability to execute against our strategy and earn revenue. The successful candidate will help compile board and investor materials plus track metrics and build frameworks to best share insights with the executive management team

What You Will Do

  • Support the VP in setting up the business performance arm of the Operations unit
  • Build out a framework to monitor performance against company OKRs and create visuals - in slide format, in our performance management tool Notion, and in dashboards with our data analytics team
  • Help build out materials for business stakeholders, including board meetings and external reporting
  • The Operations team also provides ad hoc support across the company as we together strive to hit ambitious growth targets and build amazing products and partnerships

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, finance
  • Experience creating slide decks for senior executives with a focus on precision and attention to detail
  • Experience with spreadsheets and modeling, comfortable with large data sets
  • Strong collaboration skills and track record working across cross-functional teams
  • Intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, integrity, and an eagerness to take responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes and results.
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines
