The Senior Analyst, Data Analytics works with clients and internal planning teams to ensure the success and optimization of marketing programs. As part of the Data Analytics Group, you will help to develop models to improve targeting, measures the performance of marketing campaigns, applies advanced analytical techniques to solve business problems, and provides insights into improving performance. You will use various measurement tools and provides timely in-depth reporting, analysis and optimizing solutions. You will report to the Director, Analytics.
- You will build, validate, and monitor targeting models to help guide direct mail optimization and strategy
- You will create reports and dashboards in Tableau or other data visualization tools to help measure campaign performance
- You will evaluate trends of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for future optimizations
- You will be comfortable querying large datasets within a SQL platform
- You will use statistical tools, (such as SQL, Databricks, R, Python, etc.) to perform analyses about marketing strategies and business problems
- You will ensure that quality and timeliness of measurement deliverables meet client expectations
- You will manage daily client interaction and expectations of internal and external clients and deliverables
- You will communicate complex analytical techniques and results in a clear manner to audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge
- You will participate and lead face-to-face client and vendor meetings
- You will resolve issues, know when to and to whom to escalate
- You will provide guidance to team members nurture/promote team environment
- You will help train junior team members
- You will manage multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- You will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics/Math, Economics or related field
- You will have at least 4 years' experience in analytics
- You will demonstrate data interpretation capabilities and SQL skills
- You will have experience with SQL (MySQL, MS-SQL), and statistical tools like (SAS, R, JMP or Rapid Miner)
- You will have knowledge of the model building techniques and tools (Python skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboards such as Tableau or Power BI

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
