The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Senior Accountant – Equity and Post-Retirement Benefits, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Ensuring the Company’s proper accounting for equity and post-retirement benefits, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations and other internal controls in support of timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Optimizing equity and post-retirement benefit accounting financial close and reporting processes; and evaluating, designing, and implementing key controls for SOX reporting
  • Collaborating with external service providers involved with equity and post-retirement benefit accounting, and working with international business controllers and cross-functional teams
  • Support preparation and external audit of benefit plan financial statements
  • Actively support other related processes including but not limited to: equity and post-retirement benefits components of the operating plan, forecast updates, budget to …
