Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Manager to join our growing Global Inclusion and Health Equity (GIHE) team!  

The GIHE team applies data driven, inclusion and health equity solutions that seamlessly connects dots across the Real Chemistry ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who has experience in inclusive, integrated marketing and communications, and has the ability to shape impact-driven programming which improves health experiences and outcomes for all.  This position will work across key accounts helping to implement inclusion and health equity strategies. It carries with it a broad, demanding set of responsibilities in the support of your assigned client engagements.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our U.S. offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the U.S., depending on team and business needs.

What you’ll do: 

  • Support the team(s) and GIHE account(s) to which you’re assigned – responsible for ensuring that Client’s needs are evaluated and achieved in the delivery of the various tactics and campaigns we’re responsible for executing.

  • Support the account leaders and health equity strategists to which you’re assigned – you will be responsible for being the primary support system for the team to which you will be assigned. As such, your day-to-day responsibilities will be constantly adjusted and evolve with the needs of the client and the projects/campaigns we execute.

  • Account Coordination & Support – you will be working closely with Real Chemistry’s account teams to organize tasks, follow-up and follow through on all project related deliverables.

  • Project Submissions to Med/Legal Reviews – you will be instrumental in the lifecycle of projects by providing detailed submission documentation and correlating project materials for all tactics that require med/legal reviews as required by clients. Once med/legal reviews happen you will be required to ensure all materials are updated accurately and submitted back accordingly for final approval based on the client’s process.

  • Desk Research – you will play a key role in conducting desk research for industry trends and updates related to inclusion and equity, and most importantly in support of the GIHE team and its clients.

  • Project/Campaign Tracking and Monitoring – you will play a key role on all project related activities and be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting all project related activities internally and most importantly in support of the team and the client.

  • Clinical Trial Recruitment – you will help develop and implement HCP and patient recruitment strategies that align with the objectives, timelines, and cohort goals, ensuring inclusive and representative participation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clinical trial messaging is clear, accessible, and tailored to diverse audiences, reducing misinformation and increasing participation interest. Help develop campaigns to educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on the importance of clinical research participation, with an emphasis on underrepresented communities.

What you should have:  

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience in inclusive patient recruitment and retention and clinical research

  • Knowledge of clinical trials, and experience with applicable clinical research regulatory requirements (i.e. GCP and ICH guidelines)

  • Demonstrated passion in inclusion and health equity

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently; willingness to express a POV and participate in team

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Healthcare agency experience a plus

Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
