Job Summary:

We are seeking an SEM - PPC Manager with a real estate background to lead and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads for real estate businesses. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve high ROI, drive targeted traffic, and generate quality leads for real estate properties and services.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads, tailored to real estate businesses.
• Conduct keyword research and ad copywriting with a focus on real estate terms and audience targeting.
• Optimize landing pages and campaigns to improve conversion rates and lead generation for real estate listings.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve lead generation for real estate clients.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring ad spend is optimized for maximum ROI within the real estate market.
• Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends, particularly within the real estate sector, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Report on key performance metrics and provide insights on campaign effectiveness for real estate clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEM Manager or PPC Manager, with a background in real estate.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, particularly in real estate.
• Expertise in keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting for real estate businesses.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI for real estate marketing.

Salary: $1500 - $1700 per month
