About The Role
The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of Worldlyâs security infrastructure, including its assets, data, and personnel. The Manager will own Worldlyâs security policies, ensure security practices are compliant with these policies, and drive the continuous improvement of these policies and practices.Â
What You'll Do
Maintain and continuously improve Worldlyâs security posture
Plan and execute annual security audits
Monitor and address daily security needs on Worldlyâs security compliance platform
Maintain and update Worldlyâs security policies
Respond to customer security questionnaires and steward Worldlyâs internal security knowledge base
Build Worldlyâs security roadmapâincluding the maintenance and/or addition of new security, privacy, and governance frameworksâand project manage the execution of this roadmap
Own Worldlyâs security risk management practice
Perform an annual risk assessment with risk owners, update the resulting risk treatment plan, and build new practices and SOPs as needed
Continue to improve and develop Worldlyâs security response plans
Manage Worldlyâs business continuity and disaster recovery plan, partnering with DevOps to complete periodic tabletop exercises and incident response and disaster recovery simulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete other security-related tasks and projects as needed
Improve Worldlyâs subcontractor management approach and ensure its compliance with our data processing agreements (DPA)
Manage Worldlyâs internal ITIL & ITSM, partnering with the Infrastructure team and maintaining compliance with Worldlyâs security policies
Oversee Worldlyâs asset management and MDM practices (US and International)
Monitor internal ticket management practices and support
Support access control compliance through onboarding and offboarding of employees and bi-annual access review on existing employeesÂ
Other duties as assigned related to security management
