Do you have experience working in recruiting? Or perhaps you have experience working hospitality with a passion for people? We’d love to have you join our recruiting team this season! We’re looking for hard working individuals to provide us key recruitment support for our busiest season of the year. You'll support hiring for our seasonal hospitality positions across our USA, Canada and Latin American markets. 

This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 2/24/25 and work through end of season on or around 9/30/25. As a seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next. Hours expected to be 30 - 40 hour a week. 

This position in 100% remote. Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY

What you'll do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned jobs including conducting interviewing, additional sourcing support as needed, and overall offer and hiring process. 
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and regular recruiters to facilitate recruiting strategy.
  • Serve as an advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process on matters such as interviewing techniques, compliance, selection protocols, offer management, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all set processes using the Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Work cross-functionally within the broader Recruiting and Talent team to support recruitment needs.
  • Other duties as assigned to support our busy hiring season.

Skills you'll need

  • 1 - 2 years minimum full-cycle recruiting experience is ideal, but other human resources or strong customer service experience in lieu of recruiting specific experience will be taken into consideration. 
  • Knowledge of interviewing techniques and trends.
