In the Role
Our team is currently looking for someone with expertise in QA professions and the US job market. The main goal of an interviewing coach is to help our graduates land a job. You will provide individualized tech interview coaching and guidance to help students and graduates smoothly transition from our QA program to employment.

Our team is currently looking for someone with expertise in SE professions and the US job market. The main goal of an interviewing coach is to help our graduates land a job. You will provide individualized tech interview coaching and guidance to help students and graduates smoothly transition from our SE program to employment.
- Tech Coaching sessions
- Hold one-on-one meetings with students to help them prepare for technical interviews.
- Assess student performance according to our guidelines Tracking
- Update our internal system for student progress and alert teammates when a student isn’t doing well or falling out of communication Online events
- Host and facilitate career workshops bi-weekly Collaboration
- Collaborate with the TripleTen team to enhance our career products and improve user experience
Requirements
- You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (quality assurance engineer, career tech coach, technical recruiter, or tech hiring manager)
- Someone who can listen and provide constructive feedback
- You are an inspiring leader who will be able to motivate a group of job seekers
- You are extremely well organized, detail oriented, and have impeccable follow-through skills
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written You are adaptable and comfortable handling a range of administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations
What we can offer you
- $40 per hour;
- 15-20 hours per week; Part-time remote collaboration;
