Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality commercial and marketing videos using advanced editing software.
• Utilize AI-powered image-to-video tools to enhance production workflows.
• Apply color grading, motion graphics, and sound design to create polished, engaging content.
• Work closely with creative teams to iterate quickly on feedback and deliver final edits on tight deadlines.
• Develop compelling storytelling through high-energy, engaging video cuts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI-driven video production tools and techniques.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (or equivalent high-level editing software).
• Hands-on experience with AI image-to-video generation tools (e.g., Kling, Sora, Pika, Veo 2, etc.).
• Strong skills in color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Ability to work efficiently and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Proven storytelling ability to craft engaging, high-energy edits from raw footage.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or social-first content production.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proactively enhances edits, creates options, and works independently without constant oversight.
• Continuously experiments with new AI tools, workflows, and techniques.
• Troubleshoots issues, optimizes workflows, and helps improve team efficiency.
• Ensures every frame is clean, dynamic, and purposeful.
• Works fast, iterates quickly, and embraces AI-driven production workflows.

Advantages:

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Blender for AI-enhanced VFX.
• Experience in 3D animation or AI-driven motion design.
• Background in commercial, digital ad, or social content production.
• Experience working with advertising agencies, production companies, or similar environments.
