We are looking for a Scrum Master who will join our team remotely.

The role will be the point person for applying Scrum practices and processes, to help ensure we maximize productivity and the quality of our output.  Scrum Master duties include managing the daily operation of the delivery team, resolving or escalating blockers, ensuring the Scrum processes and best practices are being followed, working with the Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure a healthy backlog exists, and coaching team members on proper Scrum processes.

What you’ll do in this role:

-Communicating with technical delivery resources, Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders

-Grooming and maintaining backlogs

-Facilitating Sprint ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, stand-up, retrospective)

-Monitoring & reporting Scrum delivery performance

-Clearing blockers and following-up on action items

-Coaching team on Scrum best practices

What you’ll need to be successful:

-You should have excellent knowledge of the Scrum methodology, with all its artifacts, ceremonies, and techniques.  We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, relationship builder, and process owner.

-Familiarity with Salesforce technologies, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud (Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Pardot are nice to have)

-At least 2 years of Scrum Master experience minimum, leading multiple Scrum delivery teams

-Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

-Experience with ALM tools such as Jira or Rally

-Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

-Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

-Outstanding organizational skills

-Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

-Scrum certification is a plus

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $111,500.00 - $131,200.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
