As a Scrum Master within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you may be based in a remote location. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

As a Scrum Master, you will:
· Promote collaboration, transparency, and self-organization within teams.
· Running daily stand ups.
· Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary.
· Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products/features by monitoring team velocity and sprint progress.
· Work closely with product owners to refine product backlogs and prioritize tasks.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing Agile best practices.
· Provide guidance and support to leadership in Agile adoption and transformation initiatives.
· Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops for teams and stakeholders.

We are seeking candidates who are able to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing organization. Candidates should be strong communicators and collaborators with the ability to influence others. Candidates should also have an Agile background.
