The Role

The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating the Agile process for the HOKA North America Front-End Content Development team. In this role, you will effectively guide the team, remove impediments, and ensure that the Agile practices are followed to deliver the best-in-class customer-facing experiences on hoka.com.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, experience working with eCommerce platforms, and experience working with Front-End Development teams.

Your Impact

• Agile Ceremonies Facilitation: responsible for leading the daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint review, and retrospectives, with the goal of efficient sprint cycles and constant improvement.
• Support the HOKA NA Scrum Team: work collaboratively with the content development team, online merchandisers and QA analysts in eliminating any blockers that come their way and providing the required resources for smooth working.
• Collaboration with the Product Owner: collaborate with the HOKA NA Product Owner to understand the roadmap and priorities of the backlog; ensure the team is aligned to product goals and deliverables.
• Maintain Sprint Backlog: Help maintain the sprint backlog in line with the Product Owner’s roadmap and priorities to ensure the team is working on delivering valuable impact.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any impediments or blockers that would hinder the progress of the team.
• Promote Agile Best Practice: advocate for and ensure that best practices and principles of Agile are being adhered to within the team.
