A bit more about the role, you will: Â
Our Scrum Master â Agile Specialist will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and facilitation of Agile methodologies within the ezyVet Data Engineering teams Â
Coordinate work delegation with the US, UK and New Zealand Data Development ManagersÂ
The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching and guiding the team in Agile practices, ensuring that the principles of Scrum are understood and implemented effectivelyÂ
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, and retrospectiveÂ
Remove impediments to the teamâs progress and ensure that the Agile process is being followedÂ
Empower the team to continuously improve and innovate their processesÂ
Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the teamÂ
Ensure transparency and communication within the team and with stakeholdersÂ
Â
So what are we looking for? Â
2+ years experience in being a scrum masterÂ
Scrum certification or qualification preferredÂ
Experience with agile methodologiesÂ
Experience in and confident in facilitating meetings and discussionsÂ
Understanding of how programming works Â
Passionate about efficiency and improvements Â
Eager to learn! Â

What you can expect from us: Â
Salary of $90,000 - $120,000Â
