WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Script Processing Lead
The Script Processing Lead guides team members, ensuring top-notch customer service. They cultivate a culture of excellence, surpassing expectations in partner and departmental interactions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform the duties of a Script Processing Team Member as required
Assist in monitoring and evaluating performance metrics, contributing to the strategic planning and performance optimization of the team
Provide immediate feedback and clarity to team members on policies and procedures
Serve as the primary resource for both team members and management, leading problem-solving efforts, facilitating task delegation, and ensuring effective issue resolution to maintain operational continuity
Provide comprehensive support to team members and adjust team member assignments as necessary
Ensure a supportive team environment where everyone's ideas are valued and implemented
Assist supervisors in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures; ensure team adherence; and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and foster continuous improvement
Collect instances of and report system errors to supervisors
Lead problem-solving efforts, aiding in the identification of resources and solutions for team-generated ideas
WHAT YOU BRING
At least 1 year of experience as a Vetsource Script Processing Representative or at least 6 months of experience as a Vetsource Script Processing Pharmacy Technician or the equivalent external experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Licensed Pharmacy Technician or able to obtain licensure within 90 days of starting role
Exceptional de-escalation skills
Ability to effectively coach peers
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrated strong follow-through, excels in independent work with excellent time management skills, ensuring timely completion of assigned projects in a fast-paced environment
A team-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and adeptness in collaborating effectively, thereby fostering departmental morale and serving as the go-to individual for work-related assistance within the team
Excellent computer skills, including the capability to quickly learn and navigate unfamiliar systems or programs, multitask across multiple applications, and ensure accurate data entry with meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Leadership experience
Veterinary experience
Work experience in a pharmacy setting or with processing pharmacy orders
WORKING CONDITIONS
Reliable internet access is required
Sitting/standing at a desk working on a computer for long periods of time

Pay range (US based applicants): $24.73 - $26.49 / hour
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
