Scientist, Biologics Potency

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Scientist to join our Biologics Potency team within the Cell-Based Sciences, Analytical Research and Development organization of our company's Research Laboratories in Rahway New Jersey. The successful candidate will support the development and optimization of cell-based potency assays and immunoassays for biologics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and optimization of cell-based potency assays and immunoassays.

• Execute high-quality assays to ensure accurate and reliable results.

• Analyze and interpret experimental data.

• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records.

• Collaborate with team members to support biologics development.

Qualifications:

• M.S. in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field,

• OR B.S. in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience

• Hands-on experience with cell-based assays and immunoassays.

• Basic understanding of biological potency and assay development.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
