The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The person hired for this position will be a part of the Dental Solutions Scientific Affairs and Education Organization supporting healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders working with Solventum in the US and Canada. This person will report to the Dental Solutions Scientific Affairs and Education leader - USAC. They will be responsible to drive area advocacy development, develop and execute education strategy with healthcare professionals, and maintain compliance guidelines. A deep understanding of Restorative Dentistry, materials, solutions and procedures along with excellent communication skills are necessary. The Scientific Affairs and Education team works cross-functionally with business leadership, application engineering and Healthcare Compliance to advance partnerships with clinical professionals and develop customer education programs that support safe and effective use of Solventum products.
As a Scientific Affairs & Education Manager – US & Canada – Dental you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Executes education strategy aligned with annual business plans
Develop, plan and execute peer to peer education programs within HCC guidelines
Support and develop advocacy with key opinion leaders in academics and clinical practice
Discusses clinical evidence and reviews podium presentations for peer to peer CE programs in conjunction with KOLs and Healthcare compliance
Maintains all contracting, reporting and payment responsibilities for healthcare professionals engaged with 3M in collaboration with Global SAE Operations team
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Seven (7) years of dental experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Proficiency experience in project management
Experience with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Smartsheets
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Clinical or technical Dental experience
Experience with Digital workflows in Dentistry
Proficient public speaking and presentations skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree from an accredited university
3 years of curriculum development in a private, public, government or military environment
Skills include proficiency in virtual education and public speaking
Experience with implementation adult learning programs

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
