Statistical Analysis Software Administrator Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for the implementation and support of technology and informatics systems and programs to support the development, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Laboratory Operations, Clinical, Biostatistics and Data Management, Bioprocess R&D and Regulatory/Risk Management applications and technologies. In this role, you will report to the IT Director, R&D Systems. These systems include SAS Office Analytics, Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), AWS high performance compute/storage, Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), Secure FTP, Windows Server, ONTAP Storage, Clinical data/imaging analysis tools, and digital tools to improve overall operations and automation.
Requirements
- This is a highly integrated role touching many functions across the business and requires the ability to translate business problems into technology solutions, project plan, and project manage, to drive alignment and performance across the business
- Demonstrated experience working with R&D Clinical applications (e.g Statistical Analysis software, eTMF, AWS, ELN, Clinical data/imaging analysis tools)
- Bachelor’s Degree in sciences or engineering required, advanced degrees preferred
- 10+ years of industry relevant experience
- Proficient understanding of R&D clinical process, in the biopharmaceutical industry. Experience with late-stage development, marketed products, and/or managing collaborations is a plus
- Outstanding ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; ability to communicate to a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong and broad understanding of regulatory frameworks and obligations
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, adapt to change and make rapid, disciplined decisions to enable agile execution
- Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions, project plan, and project manage, to drive alignment and performance across the business
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiasm, passion, attention to detail and a desire to help in the creation new medicines for patients
