A role you will love
As our Securities Admin Services Analyst III, you will process and transmit money movements associated with loan fundings or security payments. You will review transaction activity for propriety and adherence to established controls and procedures.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Process various transactions, such as but not limited to interest, principal, fees and rates in CDO Systems.
- Update and maintain Loan Contracts in CDO Systems.
- Work on LAIT cases, solving loan discrepancy in a timely manner
- Run/Process Expected Transactions Report Daily for unprocessed transaction.
- Communicate with external agent and internal client teams to ensure accuracy when updating transactions.
- Maintain accuracy of processing for Middle Office Clients.
- Research global contracts with the agent for items not matching.
- Process restructuring deals in CDO.

Other key skills required for the role include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, collateralized loans or analysis or Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to analyses information and make independent decisions
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $55,000-$70,000. This base pay range is specific to Houston, Texas and may not be applicable to other locations.
