The Sr. Analyst should have the ability to gain the trust and respect of senior leadership; providing the team with a focused vision on how the organization’s goals and directives will be accomplished within maintained project and employee capacity plans. The candidate will be an integral team member for large- and small-scale SAP implementations and alignments in the Production Planning area as well as supporting existing solutions. The position will be responsible for delivering solutions from proof of concept to full project implementation.

What YOU will do:

  • You will be working in SAP ECC supporting all of Collins Aerospace production planning.

  • You will perform configuration changes related to planning in SAP ECC and transport those changes through the SAP landscapes at Collins.

  • You will write technical specifications and work with developers to perform enhancements in SAP for the business.

  • You will help to define clear strategic direction as it pertains to SAP – Production Planning across the Collins Aerospace enterprise.

  • You will build relationships with the business, assist in helping to identify and resolve technical challenges preventing our customers from consistently delivering product on-time or ahead of schedule.

  • You will contribute to the development of your own as well as your team's technical acumen.

  • You will develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.

  • You will assist in the management and delivering of large / mid / small size projects.

  • You will train, coach, and supervise internal and external resources.

  • You will learn how to lead a team of SAP analysts with extensive business process and aerospace experience.

Qualifications you must have:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

  • 10 years of industry and or IT work experience specifically in SAP PP (Production Planning & Execution)

  • Experience with SAP ECC configuration experience in PP such has lot sizes, MRP groups, MRP types etc.

  • Experience with Charm/ transporting changes through the SAP landscape.

  • Knowledge of SAP planning tables

  • Knowledge of SAP PPDS, demand planning, inventory, and replenishment strategies.

  • Knowledge of lean material replenishment strategies, forecasting and inventory optimization

  • Experience with Industry standard ERP system implementations (Full Life Cycle)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical, non-technical customers and team members.

  • Technical experience and a working knowledge in SAP ECC PP are a highly desired skill set.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
