As a SAP SF Consultant - Recruiting Module a typical day includes the following:

  • Independently consults with internal and external client, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment for SAP Recruiting and/or Recruiting Marketing application.
  • Primary support consultant for a customer's recruiting installation.
  • Listens to client requests, assesses actual client needs, provides subjective matter expertise, proposes alternatives, and recommends solution(s).
  • Frequently discusses, and can articulate to clients, lessons learned from previous client experience, SAP-SF best practices.
  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert in functional/technical area.
  • Creates work estimates for small to large bodies of work.
     

 

Job Description

Summary:

  • Drive the application of leading practice solution consulting for SuccessFactors Recruiting
  • Collaborate with product management and quality to validate the technical feasibility and operability of a defined requirement/design and estimate the development effort.
  • Analyze, design, specify, and develop usable and intuitive functionality in an n-tier application environment.
  • Engineer solutions that support a large mission-critical production environment.
  • Impart your Success Factors subject matter expertise to product team colleagues.

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. 

 

Travel:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of SF Recruiting experience
  • Candidate must be able to provide 1 client reference

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

72,200 USD

Maximum :

114,500 USD
