Job Description: As an SAP Quality Analyst Consultant at Alight Solutions, your primary responsibility will revolve around maintaining and improving the quality of SAP implementations, particularly in the realm of SAP HCM Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Payroll. Your expertise will be instrumental in guaranteeing the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with project teams to define quality standards and criteria for SAP HCM implementations.
Conduct thorough quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to SAP HCM projects in ALM.
Analyze and evaluate system requirements, documenting test scenarios and specifications.
Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to validate the functionality of SAP HCM solutions.
Identify, report, and track defects and issues, working with development and configuration teams to facilitate timely resolutions.
Participate in test automation efforts to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with SAP HCM Functional Consultants to understand project objectives and client-specific requirements.
Provide guidance on test data preparation and test environment setup for SAP HCM projects.
Deliver comprehensive test documentation and reports, including test results and recommendations.
Assist in the continuous improvement of SAP HCM implementation processes and methodologies.
Stay updated on SAP technology trends and quality assurance best practices to contribute innovative solutions to projects.
Qualifications:
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience as an SAP Quality Analyst Consultant, with a focus on SAP HCM projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and related functionalities.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards in SAP implementations.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
46,200 USDMaximum :
