We have an exciting remote opportunity for a highly skilled SAP GTS Sales and Distribution Functional Senior Manager.

What You Will Do:

- Participate in and support projects using waterfall or agile methodologies.

- Work in cross functional teams to provide seamless integration between SAP GTS and Sales & Distribution and other enterprise applications.

- Work with Business Analysts, business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process solutions and enhancements for SAP GTS and Sales & Distribution that streamline business processes.

- You will interact with and manage 3rd party suppliers to deliver high performing SAP GTS and Sales & Distribution.

- Manage project deliverables to defined schedules and budgets to ensure project deliverables are achieved within project schedule and budget.

- Your ability to interact with enterprise teams, business partners, senior management and build relationships.

- Ability to clearly understand business processes and requirements and develop these requirements into application solutions that meet or exceed the defined business requirements.

- Ability to understand the technical capabilities of SAP GTS and Sales & Distribution and its ability to integrate and support with other key enterprise level solutions.

- The ability to architect a SAP GTS and Sales & Distribution solution for the business that meets or exceeds the defined business requirements.

- Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve application performance, quality, and reliability.

- Ensure production applications meet agreed upon service level expectations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

-  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related technical field and 10+ years hands on experience in SAP GTS and Sales & Distribution; OR an Advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field and 7+ years of hands on experience in SAP GTS and Sales & Distribution.

- 5+ years’ experience in managing and delivering IT projects in large multinational organizations.

- 5+ years’ experience with managing SAP GTS and Sales & Distribution in Aerospace and defense environment.

- Candidate must have demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives.

- US Citizenship is required.

Qualifications We Prefer:

- High level of experience and expertise with SAP GTS with both version 11 and E4H.

- Ability to develop business solution in SAP GTS, troubleshoot technical issues.

- Experience in GTS Compliance and Customs module.

- SAP GTS Configuration experience.

- Strong technical experience working in a complex SAP landscape, specifically S4 and SAP GTS.

- Prior experience as an ABAP developer or debugging is a plus.

- Problem solving and analytical abilities including the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business knowledge.

- Expert interpreting functional requirements and translating those requirements into application code that meets the business requirements.

- Strong in teamwork and multitasking in a highly complex environment.

- Demonstrated focus on process development and implementation that spans organizational boundaries. 

- Ability to effectively influence and direct the actions of those not within the direct reporting chain is essential.

- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge, understand and interpret business processes. 

- Act in partnership with the business and be recognized as a valued contributor to the business.

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, verbal, written communication and technical skills are essential. 

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships; strong team player, able to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.

- Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed.

- Results oriented with intense focus on success and achievement despite obstacles both within and outside of direct control.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
