Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team.  This is a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage diverse developer team and development process, providing transparency and structure in developer practices across Salesforce and Microsoft 365/ Power Platform.
• Lead and enforce team and stakeholders in Agile Scrum Processes and Ceremonies.
• Engage directly with stakeholders and end users and provide product demonstrations.
• Determine Salesforce design solutions including but not limited to security and data analytics and advise on other technology solutions as appropriate (SSO, MS Sharepoint, MS Power Platform).
• Research and integrate design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities. 
• Design and configure software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for customers.
• Enforce and adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies and manage software development pipeline.
• Test and debug complex software components and units.
• Develop product documentation as requested. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, or related field OR – 10 years of comparable work experience
• 8+ years of development experience 
• Proficient in Salesforce with Salesforce certification
  Experience working in an Agile Scrum team and guiding the team in Agile Scrum principles/practices
• Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other project management tools
• Experience in integration with other systems (e.g., Blackboard, Microsoft)
