What You Bring

Must Have
  • 5+ years as product owner of Salesforce environments for high-growth SaaS companies, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, retiring tech debt and improving managed apps, platform limits, and overall performance.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce best practices, especially flow design, database management, configuration vs customization, and governor limits; also adept at troubleshooting complex implementations.
