Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our expanding Business Technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, with the ability to design and implement complex solutions that enhance our customer service capabilities. As a key player in our Salesforce initiatives, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Service Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that meet best practices and business requirements. Lead the technical design and implementation of Service Cloud features including: Experience Cloud, Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Review and approve technical designs, code, and configurations
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure that solutions meet their needs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Oversee and guide the development of custom Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and LWC/ Apex code
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the Salesforce platform. Implement data migration strategies and manage data integrations
- Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance âŚ
