ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Salesforce QA Testing Lead

This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Designs and develops complex test programs, processes, and systems to measure the functionality and integrity of products and services
  • Writes complex test procedures and protocols to assess product reliability and evaluates the ability of products to meet performance standards and specifications
  • Gathers test data and evaluates the results of tests to determine if product designs and architecture meets customer specifications and performance expectations
  • Develops complex test simulations to evaluate how products react under different conditions and analyzes product failure to assess the integrity and reliability of product performance
  • Debugs complex test hardware and software
  • Collaborates with other engineering groups to improve or upgrade product performance
  • May provide work leadership for lower-level practitioners

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related Engineering or IT discipline
  • 10+ years of acquired knowledge in planning, directing, and managing interoperability testing (interfaces, data quality, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies and tools on at least one IT related development program, to include defining and testing user story acceptance criteria.
  • 5+ years of experience converting user stories and acceptance criteria into test scripts.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate research and analysis with all team members to include Product Owners, Developers, and Senior Leaders.
  • Must have experience with manual and/or automation testing tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale, multi-phase programs or projects, preferably in IT or HR transformations
  • Proven track record developing for HR IT projects, including implementations of HR Information Systems (HRIS) or enterprise-level HR technology solutions
  • Prior experience working with federal agencies or understanding federal regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with an current/active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $100,800-$168,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
