Overview

We’re looking for a Salesforce Integration Specialist – Senior Consultant to join our growing team of integration experts. This role will focus on designing, building, and optimizing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using MuleSoft and other technologies. You will bring your deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, robust SQL skills, and integration best practices to support complex client needs across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical consultant on Salesforce integration projects.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions using MuleSoft.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with Salesforce best practices and customer needs.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, data transformation scripts, and ETL processes.
• Guide clients in understanding Salesforce’s data model and integration architecture.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Document integration designs, field mappings, error handling procedures, and test cases.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce and MuleSoft platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on MuleSoft experience with certification (MuleSoft Developer or Architect).
• 5+ years of SQL development experience, including performance tuning and complex query development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, including objects, relationships, and API integration points.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise integrations involving Salesforce and external systems.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, including real-time, batch, and streaming.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kindsight’s data model and architecture.
• Experience with Ascend data model
• Exposure to Salesforce industry solutions (e.g., Education Cloud, Health Cloud) is a plus.
• Experience with Data Governance or Master Data Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles, ideally in professional services.

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $120,000 - $160,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
