The Salesforce Innovation Center Events team extends our SIC reach to engage top customers, prospects and partner in strategic conversations at our Tier 1 Strategic Events. Each meeting or Exec Connect is expertly aligned, prepped and executed to build trust, close deals and generate new pipeline. SIC Events team members are each responsible for program management responsibilities and for executing a high volume of meetings and exec connects. With multiple events often overlapping, we’re delivering a ton of impact for the business in a very fast-paced environment, but we work hard to support each other and have fun along the way. Responsibilities

  • Work with Global Field Marketing event leads, Executive Leadership Team Customer Engagement leads, and Salesforce Innovations Center (SIC) Event Program Management leads to craft and deploy end-to-end meeting delivery processes, comms, tools, assets and enablement materials for teams outside of the SIC team using combined spaces and our SIC Object to intake, vet, workflow and track meetings. 
  • Be the first POC to triage questions and asks from our cross-org meeting delivery partners and bring to resolution with the appropriate SIC Events PM leads.  
  • Pull reporting for partner teams and conduct audits to ensure campaigns are correct and necessary fields completed to ensure full impact tracking, including sending reminders and ensuring all team members complete the tasks. 
  • Audit check-in doc to ensure all meetings and content in the space are correctly entered and input comments to resolve discrepancies to ensure a seamless onsite check-in experience for guests.
