About The Role

We are looking for a Functional Specialist in the Salesforce space who will help to lead implementation projects for our client businesses. In this role, you will help to design and drive the implementation of client solutions that leverage the core Sales/Service Cloud platform. You are a thought leader among the project team and for your clients and will collaborate closely with both the project team and the client to design Sales/Service Cloud solutions that are purpose-built to meet each individual client’s specific needs. Your focus during any project will primarily be driving the on-platform configuration of the solution. You will work projects from start to finish but may be assigned to 2-3 projects at a time.

Responsibilities

  • You will work as part of a delivery team dedicated to the implementation of a custom Salesforce core platform solution for clients.

  • You will assist with the design of Salesforce core platform (Sales, Service, Loyalty Management) solutions for clients.

  • You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on methods and techniques for platform customization, development, and data migration practices.

  • You will lead the on-platform configuration/implementation of Salesforce core platform solutions for clients.

  • As part of designing any client solution, you will create various diagrams and flowcharts as are appropriate for each individual project. Some examples may include application ecosystem diagrams, current state/future state diagrams, data model diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams.

  • You will analyze complex business processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and propose solutions to optimize Salesforce.

  • You will stay updated on new Salesforce functionalities, best practices, and industry trends to recommend solutions.

  • You will promote adherence to best practices for configuration, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

  • Required certifications (at least one of): Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Developer

  • Desired Certifications (any of): Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce professional

  • 2+ years of experience implementing multiple Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions.

  • Previous experience implementing custom Sales/Service Cloud solutions.

  • Previous experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions is a plus.

  • Experience with the Atlassian suite or comparable products for feature/ticket backlog management and documentation.

  • Experience assessing Salesforce solutions to ensure compliance with industry or regional regulations and appropriate security standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
