Be the driving force behind our partnership with Salesforce. As our key advocate, you’ll align Perficient and Salesforce teams to fuel growth. Your mission: build and maintain a strong, impactful partnership, turning it into a major demand generation channel. With robust marketing support, you’ll lead joint events and go-to-market strategies.

Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Salesforce Enterprise Partner Alliance Manager. This role is remote, and candidates can live anywhere in the US, but occasional travel to Salesforce or Company events is expected. 

 

  • Key relationship manager; establishes, enhances and maintains broad and deep, collaborative relationships with vendor-partner at all levels
  • Understands partner organization, roles and individuals
  • Understands how our partner values their channel partners and what their expectations are of their partners
  • Drive partner executive-level engagement with key internal stakeholders
  • Identify, cultivate and drive new business opportunities that facilitate long-term growth through co-innovating, co-marketing and co-selling with aligned partners.
  • Work jointly with Partner Marketing, and strategic partners to identify mutually beneficial go-to-market opportunities, momentum, and business around company solution areas
  • Distribute Perficient services offers and program collateral through sales and alliance to the partner channel
  • Communicate Perficient news and wins to the Salesforce community and conversely broadcast Salesforce platform updates/programs to our sellers and delivery teams
  • Identify demand gen opportunities through field-level conversations and work with marketing and lead development reps to support in-territory events and initiatives 
  • Maintain and grow our partner status with Salesforce partners with service delivery designations, specializations, competencies, and program cooperation
  • Create and track individual alliance performance metrics and measurements
  • Maintains appropriate level of communication with partner
  • Co-manage Geo relationships

Key Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Alliance Management: Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem as an Alliance Manager.
  • Sales Mindset: Skilled in co-selling and partner sales fundamentals.
  • Driven and Self-Motivated: Proactive and goal-oriented.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Partnership Development: Proven track record in developing and managing partnerships and driving partner account activity.
  • Analytical and Sales Skills: Strong analytical, sales channel, and marketing skills.
  • Professional Services/Consulting: Prior experience in these fields.
  • Revenue Achievement: Consistently meets/exceeds revenue targets.
