We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 4 to 5 years of expertise in Salesforce development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Salesforce administration, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations. A good understanding of data relationships, bulk data performance, and Salesforce LDV (Large Data Volume) objects is essential. The Mid-Level Salesforce Developer will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Discover, Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows
  • Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages
  • Implement Lightning components and frameworks
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and other tools.
  • Configure Salesforce applications, manage user profiles, roles and permissions, Flows, Lightning pages, create reports and dashboards, and handle other administrative tasks as needed
  • Perform data import, export, and maintenance tasks. Implement data validation rules and ensure data quality.
  • Optimize and improve existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
  • Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Controllers, Extensions, Batch classes, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components and Lightning Framework for enhanced user experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, governor limits, and performance considerations.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST APIs, SOAP, and web services.
  • Strong experience with implementation and customizing Salesforce Communities and Portals.
  • Strong Salesforce Administration skills and proficient in creating Flows.
  • Experience in creating custom Reports & Dashboards.
  • Experience with deployment tools like Flosum.
  • Experience in implementing data visualization tools like SF Connect is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and drive successful outcomes.

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

Targeted Salary Range: $110 - $125k
