Salesforce Developer (Hybrid/Remote) - MO - Kansas City - 1008 Oak Street

The Enterprise Solutions team supports the Salesforce CRM, Sales & Services platform.  They work with business partners to manage sales leads, master customer & prospect relationships, support marketing campaigns, and provide a service desk interface.  This team is a collection of versatile developer/administrators who advance the Salesforce service offering and ensure high performance while avoiding any business disruptions.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design and develop solutions which contribute to the enhancement and support of a wide range of sales and marketing initiatives.  You will collaborate with business stakeholders and our technical teams to gather requirements, arrive at a solid technical design, develop and deliver the solution to production.  This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which involves other multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership.  If you would enjoy using your Salesforce development and production support acumen to help UMB bring exceptional capabilities to our internal and external customers, this is a great opportunity for you.  This role is hybrid (Tue & Wed on-site) for candidates in the Kansas City metropolitan area and open to qualified remote candidates outside of the Kansas City area but only within the US.  However, we ideally would like this individual to be located in the Kansas City area.

How you’ll spend your time:

• Build technical solutions that are both development and administration in nature within the Salesforce platform using declarative and custom code components.
• Interface with our business partners to convert requirements to secure, comprehensive, resilient, performant solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on Salesforce design best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for custom development.
