As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be the primary solution designer, with support from Marketing Strategists. The solution design will include: best practices, assisting with UT scenarios, helping customers develop their UAT scenarios, and facilitating demos/proofs-of-concept after completing project milestones.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a Project Manager to communicate status updates, provide SFDC subject matter expertise for project development.
- Work closely with the Development Team to provide business requirements, usability testing scenarios, and ensure an end-to-end model of the solution is provided, to support quality technical solutions.
- End-to-end implementation support, providing Salesforce expertise to the account throughout the project lifecycle.
- As-is, to-be analysis. Process documentation, including SOPs and workflows.
- Implementing CPQ and Apex best practices based on business needs and requirements
- Use excellent communication skills, written and oral, to support the implementation process, both internally from a Project Management perspective, and externally supporting our clients.
- Risk Management – identify and callout risk, and assist in developing a plan to reduce or mitigate the risk.
- Stay current on changes to Salesforce products, and technology, in general.
Requirements:
- Salesforce Administrator and at least one other SF consultant certification is preferred
- Understanding basic business processes is a must. Knowledge across multiple industries is nice but not required.
- Strong time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize and organize work.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Listening, Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes, including creating workflow docs
- Proficient APEX skills required
- Beginner to Proficient CPQ skills preferred
Experience & Certifications:
- 1 SFDC Admin Cert, and 1 SFDC Consulting or Dev Cert (Required)
- 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- 1 year APEX experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
COVID-19 considerations: We are still fully remote at this time, though a hybrid option will be considered/offered in the near future.
