Constant Contact is searching for a Salesforce Administrator to support the Revenue Operations organization across various functions, including advanced Salesforce configuration, reporting, discovery, and documentation, as well as supporting day-to-day operational needs such as troubleshooting, systems optimization, and end-user training. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Salesforce and business operations, hold a Salesforce certification, and demonstrate exceptional skills in communication, critical thinking, and project management.
What you’ll do:
- Work with key stakeholders across the sales, marketing, and customer success organizations to define business problems, document requirements, and design scalable solutions utilizing Salesforce best practices.
- Utilize internal ticketing queue to prioritize and complete requests ranging from strategic business needs to feature requests and bugs.
- Design and implement advanced Salesforce configurations, including flows, custom metadata, complex assignment rules, data hygiene, advanced reporting, and more.
- Support day-to-day operational needs, including troubleshooting, user assistance, data imports, testing, and investigation/maintenance of system issues.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to proactively provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to improve user adoption and support best practices.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator supporting sales, marketing, customer success, or business operations. Prior experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required. Additional certifications in Salesforce or other business systems are a plus.
- Additional admin experience in GTM tech stack is a plus.
- Ability to create technical documentation to support new functionality or process enhancements
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and process design skills are required. Prior project management experience is a plus.
