To support and accelerate our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role will be instrumental in shaping our CRM strategy and ensuring the effective utilization of Salesforce across the organization.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and build technical solutions

  • Design, configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce

  • Implement CRM strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and user adoption

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to Salesforce users at all levels

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to maximize the platform's potential

You're a great fit for out team because...

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

  • Your Salesforce Administrator certification (required).

  • Additional certifications like Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.

  • A proven track record of successful implementations and user adoption.

  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows).

  • Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.

  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
