Salesforce Administrator

  • Exempt, Full- Time

  • Division: Information Technology

  • Reports to: VP- Salesforce Development

  • Travel: 0-10%

  • Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000

Role overview

The Salesforce Administrator will be a key technical champion in the Salesforce ecosystem across DUAL North America.  This role will focus on the administration of the DUAL North America Salesforce instance and making sure it is aligned with Salesforce best practices for optimal stability, scalability, and

security.

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join the team.  This person will play a key role in leading the Salesforce team and implementing Salesforce across the enterprise. 

Role responsibilities

  • Perform Salesforce Org setup and configuration activities to create the foundation of a secure stable implementation.

  • Create and maintain Roles/Profiles/Permission Sets/Sharing Rules to manage user access in alignment with Salesforce best practices and company security standards.

  • Perform ongoing org maintenance activities to support Salesforce users and to take advantage of new capabilities released by Salesforce.

  • Support Salesforce DevOps practices and tools enable implementation teams.

  • Perform declarative implementation activities aligned to business priorities.

  • Monitor metrics on the Salesforce platform (logs, limits, etc.) and provide feedback to team leaders regarding needed actions.

  • Take action on user support requests related to Salesforce functionality.

  • Create reports and dashboards as needed to support business operations and leadership visibility.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.

  • Financial Services Cloud experience (preferably Insurance)

  • Salesforce DevOps tools experience (Flosum, Copado, GearSet, etc.)

  • Multiple Salesforce Certifications: SF Administrator, SF Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, tools, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new skills.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
