Job Responsibilities: 
 

The Sales Training Lead (Natural Channel) will be responsible for providing company and product education to Retailers, Internal Salesforce and Consumers across the United States for Nestle Health Science brands including Solgar, Garden of Life, Vital Proteins, Nunn and other assigned specialty brands. This role will coordinate, implement and execute education activities include but are not limited to in-person trainings, formal and informal presentations (e.g., aisle training), live remote trainings (e.g., webinars/MS Teams), recorded trainings, and consumer events (e.g., public lectures). This role is a remote based opportunity but will require travel up to and including 25%. 
 

Requirements:

• Coordinates and conducts in-store and virtual trainings pertaining to the organization's mission, philosophy, history, product features and benefits, positioning and competitor comparisons.
• Works closely with the Director of Customer Development and Research & Development/Learning & Development teams to obtain required product and/or ingredient information, as well as to assist in the development of training materials for Natural and National Channel accounts (B2C Channel).
