Reach your full potential as Sales Support

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will have a versatile job, combining administrative and commercial activities. This means that you coordinate the entire order process from A to Z. You advise customers, prepare quotations and make sure that the orders end up in the right place. In short, a very versatile job in which you monitor the order process! With your support, you contribute to the sale of our food service products and form the link between internal departments such as Purchasing and Logistics and our customers. The goal? To achieve the highest possible service level, with every customer, every order.

Relationship management? No problem. You are everybody's friend! You are the perfect point of contact, service-oriented, goal-oriented and proactive. You are the spider in the web, connecting all the loose ends. You perform better under pressure and deadlines. Bring on those responsibilities and challenges! You maintain an overview so that all orders always arrive at the right time and place. You know where your parcel is even better than DHL itself! In short, a real multitasker. In addition, you have a lot of enthusiasm and are a real go-getter.

You:

  • have completed a post-secondary vocational collega (MBO 4 degree)
  • have between 1-3 years of work experience in an administrative position
  • are organisationally strong and accurate in administrative components
  • have excellent communication skills
  • are fluent English (required) and Dutch (preferably) in word and writing

Additional Information

We offer you

  • A salary between €2400,- and €3200,- in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas gratuity and a performance dependent bonus
  • Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of  permanent employment 
  • 25 vacation days, with the possibility to purchase additional days
  • A travel allowance of up to 75 km on single trip travel when working at the office, or an allowance if you’re working remotely (from home)
  • The flexibility to work 1 day a week from home
