Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Specialist, National Sales to join our team and support the execution of WPC’s national sales strategy and enhance our sales team’s productivity. This remote position is available in EST or CST time zones.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be at the heart of our national sales efforts, playing a pivotal role in driving our success. You’ll have the chance to work closely with the Vice President, National Sales, and collaborate with a talented team to achieve our ambitious goals. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and help shape the future of our sales strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- National Sales market research
- National Sales outreach touchpoints (email and phone campaigns) to qualify opportunities and/or execute nurturing campaigns
- Infor Sales & Catering (SCS, formerly Reserve Interactive) and HubSpot SalesHub (CRM) data management
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Sales Enablement
- Accuracy of menus and pricing in SCS
- Maintain current SalesHub assets of templates, playbooks, snippets and collateral
- Report on effectiveness of SalesHub assets of templates, playbooks and snippets
- Sales systems onboarding and ongoing training for team members
- Accuracy of SalesHub Contact and Company record details
- Identify sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- National Sales data management: CVB resumes, CVENT, conference lists, etc.
- Assure Brand-standardized communications templates and automations are kept current and universally applied across national sales field
Inside Sales
- Research National Sales opportunity funnels
- Leverage sales tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to accurately detail National Sales contact and company records in SalesHub
- Monitor leads to identify potential National Sales opportunities
- Scripted outreach to warm leads targeted in National Sales campaigns (phone, email)
Administrative
- Liaise between VP, National Sales and local WPC team and/or cross-sector partner team for seamless event planning and operational execution
- Assist VP, National Sales with proposal and asset curation
- Support VP, National Sales on special projects
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cloud-based enterprise systems, Infor Sales & Catering preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in catering sales and/or operations environment
- Proficiency in Office365
- Experience with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred
- Proficiency in SocialTables and/or Prismm
