What you’ll do
- Successfully sell Hagerty products and services to members and agents
- Service existing policies and membership needs in a professional and timely manner
- Offer Valuation Expertise on calls
- Prepare accurate and complete documentation to support member activities
- Assist collector car enthusiasts and partners through billing, service and sales needs as required
- Help members and partners navigate our website and self-service options
- Learn the fundamentals of hospitality at Hagerty to create and provide a world class experience for our members
- Effectively communicate with members via Phone and Email
- Underwrite and issue most policies following our current underwriting guidelines

- Ability to efficiently deal with a large volume of telephone business while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is eligible for additional compensation
- Valid Driver's License/State ID
- High school diploma or GED
Other things to note
- A personal lines insurance license is a requirement of this position. Hagerty provides the necessary training and education to obtain licensing as well as materials and licensing fees.
- Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM CT, Saturday 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM CT and Sunday 10:45 AM to 3:00 PM CT.
- The compensation for this position will be $23.00 per hour with full benefits.
