Your Role
Weâre looking for a Sales Renewal Representative who will help Account Executives optimize renewal revenue goals, and focus on lead generation for new business.Â
In this role, youâll:Â
- Be a partner. Together with Account Executives, youâll build a territory success plan that ensures customers renew and identifies expansion opportunities to generate additional revenue.
- Conduct outbound activities. Your priority will be renewal customers but youâll also spend some time prospecting.
- Manage our systems. Youâll maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline by properly moving opportunities across stages, closing opportunities and evaluating deals for the appropriate value.
- Build excellent relationships with customers. Youâll provide resources to customers to improve their usage and knowledge of our products via expert chats, tutorials, blogs, how-to guides, etc. Youâll also learn when to connect customers with our support department for technical interactions.
For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Barcelona. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.
