Sales Project Associate - Remote

The Sales Project Associate is responsible for providing direct support to the Vice President of Sales and as needed support for managers of the department/function and business unit project coordination and execution. The individual also has indirect responsibility for gathering and analyzing data on several aspects of the business. This role is expected to actively support all Sales Management efforts as it relates to the successful promotion of all Sales projects and administer Sales programs that contribute to success of the business unit. Influence and lead sales communication strategies, enhancing message delivery and fostering two-way dialogue to boost field employee awareness and engagement.
- Lead the planning, content and execution of various sales meetings including but not limited to; North American Sales Meeting, Sales Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, Mid-Year Meeting and Sales Advisory Council. Coordinate/book travel arrangements for the business unit as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on field-facing change management communication plans; inclusive of creating clear messaging, managing audiences and executing flawlessly in partnership with the Marketing Communications team.
- Implement and manage project ideas conceptualized by leaders of the business unit.
- Partnering with sales leaders, specifically VP, Sales, to execute timely and compelling leadership communication plans.
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations, videos, graphics/animations, newsletters for internal audiences to support the VP.
- Prepare correspondences via email/memos to ensure communications within the BU.
- Coordinate and execute full year calendar strategic calendar planning for Leadership and direct reports, including logistics and meeting/event details.
- Ability to identify sales needs based on feedback and current landscape.
- Experiment with new and innovative concepts and design principles to maximize impact.
- Participate in development of charter and management plan. Recommend tradeoffs within projects and support project activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Marketing, Communications degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales or working with sales is preferred.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 suite technology, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with Zoom meeting capabilities, capacities.
- Proficiency using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processes.
Travel Percentage: 30%
- $58,700- $118,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
