  • 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Philippine Time, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

The Sales & Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Global Wholesale Operations Manager. This role supports the wholesale sales function across the APAC region by managing key accounts and working closely with the Sales Manager and regional representatives. 

It involves overseeing daily sales order processes to ensure accuracy, timely deliveries, and smooth warehouse operations. The position also provides professional and responsive customer service, while coordinating across internal teams, agents, and customers to keep all wholesale processes aligned and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: 
  • Administrative management of the wholesale account base, working in conjunction with the APAC Sales Manager and sales reps.
  • Sales Order Management: 
    • Oversees daily order processes — making sure orders are accurate, stock levels are correct, cancellations and credits are handled properly, and deliveries go out on time without delays in the warehouse.
  • Internal & External Customer service: 
    • Provides helpful, responsive, and professional support to both internal teams and external partners, aiming to strengthen relationships and boost sales through clear, consistent communication.
  • Cross-Team Coordination:
  • Acts as a key link between different teams within the business, as well as agents and customers in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring all wholesale processes are aligned and well-organized. 

Position Prerequisites

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, preferably in product coordination or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software/systems.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

 Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Shopify, Gorgias, or similar e-commerce platforms and processes.
  • AP21 or similar ERP system experience.
  • JOOR or similar B2B order platform experience.
