ROLE:  Sales Operations Analyst 

 

 

MISSION: The Sales Operations Analyst will manage data-driven marketing efforts and sales operations support to maximize growth initiatives. The role will oversee and optimize the use of the company's CRM database via HubSpot, including marketing and sales program management. This person will play a key role in providing insights to HealthMark leaders by extracting key metrics from various data sources and proactively turning those into actionable insights. 

 

REQUIREMENTS: This role requires diligent project management, high attention to detail, collaboration, excellent communication skills, and an organized ability to multitask. The Sales Operations Analyst will have a focus on timely deliverables, analytic accuracy, process adherence, and system optimization. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HubSpot Management:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, maintaining proper access and configuration to meet the needs of each team.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the team on HubSpot best practices and new features.
  • Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards in HubSpot to provide insights to sales leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HubSpot, ensuring minimal disruption to sales and marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain HubSpot playbook.
  • Develop process to continually scrub and clean data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of HubSpot across the organization.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key sales metrics such as lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasts.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign activity and effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations for optimized processes, programs and initiatives based on data analysis.
  • Manage the implementation of new tracking methods aimed at continuously improving efficiency of data collection and analysis.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with analytics team to maintain data quality and scalability for both prospect and customer data.
  • Leverage Google Analytics to provide insights into website activity including traffic trends, SEO, SEM, conversion rates and more.

 

 

REQUISITE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in business, marketing, digital analytics, or relevant fields
  • 2+ years’ experience in data analytics
  • 2+ years’ experience with HubSpot’s CRM Proficiency in HubSpot, including advanced features such as workflow automation, reporting, and integration management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insight
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software Certification) preferred
  • Experience in sales process optimization and sales data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Google Analytics certification 
  • Google Ads experience and/or certification preferred
  • Orientation toward accountability, organization, prioritization, and synthesis
