Are you looking for a role where your financial insights and analytical skills can drive meaningful change and client satisfaction? If so, we’ve got an opportunity with your name written all over it! We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team under our Finance department. Using your strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, you will develop and maintain financial models, conduct in-depth analyses of client data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. In this position, you will report directly to our Revenue Operations Manager.   For positions offering fully remote flexibility, please keep in mind all Icario employees must live within the United States full time. All employee work conducted for Icario must be performed within the United States.  

Why We Need You

• Assist with the implementation and optimization of revenue-related systems and tools 
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems 
• Develop and maintain revenue-related financial models to forecast revenue growth, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities 
• Conduct financial analyses of client data to identify key trends and insights that inform revenue strategies and tactics 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and monitor revenue operations processes and strategies that optimize revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction 
• Identify revenue opportunities by analyzing data from various sources and presenting recommendations to stakeholders 
• Develop and maintain revenue-related reports and dashboards to track performance against KPIs and identify areas for improvement 
• Support the Revenue Operations Team in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 
• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, or related field  
• Working experience with Salesforce 
• Strong understanding of marketing automation systems such as HubSpot 
• Ability to analyze complex financial data sets and offer recommendations for business improvements 
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
